How easy is it for disabled children to play sport?
He grew up with cerebral palsy - a condition which affects around one in
every 400 children in the UK and means that their brains have trouble
communicating with their muscles.
For Martin it meant taking part in sport at primary school wasn't always easy
for him.
But when he moved to a high
school for children with disabilities, everything changed and he was able to
join in with the other children.
